• Broadland will be happy to work with your club to arrange any special requirements, such as catering and can give you some local hotel information if you need it.

  • We have established links with a caterer who will bring lunch onsite each day - cold or hot at competitive prices and can cater for special diets, which can be arranged once we know your requirements.

  • We have developed a comprehensive risk assessment and plan that can be submitted to your club safety officers in advance of the camp.

  • A member from Broadland will meet you on arrival to show you around and ensure you have everything that you need.

  • We will review the safety procedures and rules of the river with your club.

  • We will also regularly come down to the club come to discuss anything extra needed as well as make sure that the supply of tea, coffee and milk is replenished (included in the cost). You will have a main contact point with a mobile number for the duration of your camp if needed.

  • The cost is fixed at £10/person per day. Any catering or rental costs are on top of this.

  • A small addition charge is payable to the Broads Authority per boat that you bring as a temporary licence. This is approximately £7.50 per boat.

If this is of interest to you and your club and you would like to discuss this further then please contact:

We hope that you love what you see and we look forward to hearing from you.
